Bioanalytical Chemistry

About

We are interested in developing and employing mass spectrometry (MS) based analytical methods to study protein interactions in biological processes. MS is a powerful technique that is widely utilized in both academia and industry.

Currently, we are interested in the following areas:
 1. Container-free chemistry and its application bioanalysis.
 2. Epitope mapping via HDX-MS in intact virus and other challenging systems.
 3. Clinical proteomics, quantification of metabolites and protein markers
 4. Native mass spectrometry

Undergraduate and graduate students interested in bioanalytical chemistry with a focus in MS are welcome to enquire. Our group also welcome both academic and industrial collaborations.
